4 weeks down

been a while since i posted, but i've done well. I missed 2 work-outs, one on a friday I woke up with a headache and took some excedrine on an empty stomach, went back to bed and spent the rest of the morning vomiting. Then the Sunday night after, Sam was puking most of the night and I slept in that morning. Been managing my diet pretty closely, few slips. I haven't lost any weight but I feel like I'm fitting my jeans better. Go Teresa!

  1. 4 weeks, good job. way to commit. I just started week 3 yesterday. It's going very well. I have been doing really well with it. A big goal of mine in this workout is to be able to do AB Ripper X nonstop. I can do the exercises, but I find myself taking 6-8 short breaks during the video, but I am trying. Results will be great.
